I'm so happy I found Ward when we were starting to consider moving to the Portland area. Being first-time-buyers as well as remote, house hunting can be very challenging, and it is critical to have a local agent you can trust. Ward fits that bill. He was very patient throughout the process, showed me many properties within my challenging schedule. He really got to know our preferences and tastes and even looked at properties for us when we were not in town, providing realistic and honest feedback.

He doesn't put on the hard sales pitch, which was very important to me. Ward and his dad Ron are long-time residents in the Lake Oswego area, and went out of their way to help me get to know the different neighborhood "flavors".

Within 2 months, we found our dream home and Ward "held our hands" throughout the sometimes daunting closing process.
